From delicious asparagus dishes, wild garlic, veal from our own farm, fish from local water-bodies, fresh mushrooms from our woodlands, to the best produce from our local farms and alpine pastures, through to hearty speciality game dishes and sweet treats, made using Stanz plums and Tyrol apples - whatever the season, we serve our guests delicious seasonal foods, prepared with a great deal of skilfulness and with love.
