Our chef will treat you to first-class dishes,
placing great value on the origin and quality.
We use mainly meat and dairy products from our
own farm and our region. Our calf's liver, for example,
is sourced exclusively from veal raised and butchered in Paznaun.
In summer and autumn, fresh herbs and local
mushroom specialities are incorporated into the menu.
Our restaurant has seating for around 70 guests,
two private rooms are available for nice celebrations.
We will be happy to ensure your family celebrations, birthdays,
civil weddings, First Communion, baptism or confirmation
are memorable ones and look forward to your visit!
